its only delta districts both west/east godavari not all coastal ap my frnd
I had not mentioned entire coastal A.P my friend others can take it from BZA :)
k if u have mentioned only delta region of a.p would have been better or even north coastal a.p
i think it will run with huge delays .. avg speed of spcl shhud never exceed 50
