This to inform you that some 15-18 yrs back there is a train from Miraj
junction to Mangalore, but due to brodgauge this was discountinued, hoever till today there is no any train running beween Miraj junction to Mangalore. The IR should take innitative to start the train again. So there is a good connectivity for the people in Kolhapur to go kekela and south cannera.
