WHAT SHOULD BE DONE ?
1. Enough Garbage Bags must be provided in Trains.
2. While cleaning and grooming train compartment, everyday supervision is required, Stop throwing plastic garbage out side in forest and fields.
3. Some action plan must be developed and strictly implemented, to clean the existing Plastic waste nearby Rails in Indian railways periphery throughout India.

educate them as People in ACs do throw in dustbins ... dheere dheere hoga par hoga jarur ... agar socha hi nahi toh bilkul bhi nahi hoga !!!! :)
Yes! you are right, people dnt take pain to simple use of garbage bin they simply use to through anywhere but i have seen some people also who use garbage bin very much like me :P
