Because the railways want to use this train from Bangalore as afternoon departure and Kochuveli as Night departure; that would not happen because of the mass public protest as everyone knows. And the 16315 tri-weekly time slot is shared by other trains so they have to adjust this as a Special Train.
whis this train is not running as a daily.....??wots the problem?
