which zone maintaince high cleanliness in their coaches/rakes of train ?

One point i must say about NWR. I have never travelled in NWR trains. But i Have noticed SC-JP Special train which is operated by NWR. Being Special train The coaches of this train are very neat && Clean.
I Dont agree CR maintains Coaches Clean && neat. The PUNE-SC shabatdhi which is worst shabtadhi in indian Railways. There are coachres && Rats in bathroom && dirty smell Comes when we enter into bathrooms of the shatadhi . The inside cleaness is also not good. The food served in this train is also not good.
Might be an exception. 12133/34,22149/50,01065/6/7/8,11097/8 have well-maintained rakes. And these are all the CR trains that pass through Mangalore.
every zone is best and worst.
as zones have some prestigious trains that are well maintained , while normal trains not get same vip treatment.
