As jpg town is a strong base of INC , i was sure that padatik exp extend upto hdb , , but alas , i was wrong.
North East & North Bengal was/is/will always be neglected for any kind of development.
Siliguri has already got a Life Time Achievement award previous year by getting a Shatabdi Express.
Its like a poor person receives a Raymond Suit for his performance... :)

If North Bengal is part of WB, then the only person who can answer is well known. I don't think none can take a blame if parts of WB is ignored.
Mamata Banerjee before her elections told that North Bengal shall be made as Switzerland,for that she made ally with Congress & won the Elections in west Bengal,now after getting elected she has broken all the ties with Congress & also No development being done in North BEngal..leave apart North East,that doesnt come inside he constituency,so nothing can be expected from her...But at least a Weekly train for KYQ-PUNE Should have been started....it's a long pending demand by Assam C.M. to all the subsequent R.M.'s
