I had Booked a Ticket on 7th Feb ticket not booked and amount deducted i thought the amount will be refund soon. but still the amount not refunded . so i was checked with the bank they told me you check with railway. so i checked in failed transaction the particular transaction is not there ticket also not booked any idea to get the refund. i used Indian bank net banking. doj is 07.06.2013.
