thank u very much for prompt reply on my quarry abt lower berth quota in train no. 2149.
As u written that passenger must be travelling alone for enjoying this quota.

but cannot possible in -ticket only chance and luck work there

when you know every thing . then why you pushup towards e -ticket . why not you suggest to req counter clerk.
