why so much less difference in fares inspie of difference of < 500 kms.
Also spending 10 hrs more in AC.....but inly increment of >150 rs in 3AC ?

That is telescopic method and is divided in to KMs slabs..As your distance increases comparatively the fare becomes cheaper,means you will be getting more mileage per rupee...
