Check the dimensions of free luggage from official website. In any case, TV and Computers (Desktops) has to be booked at the Luggage Office and needs to be certified as Luggage. You would be handed over a receipt for the same.
with 1 SL ticket you have travel with 1 TV and no other luggage are aloud
Yes, You can carry the same in sleeper coach along with you, But you have to book as luggage from the parcel counter(for carrying an electronic item) and keep the receipt with you and produce it to the TTE upon request. The size and weight should be under permissible limit. Since it is 26" TV, there wont be any problem. Anyhow confirm it with the parcel office while booking.
