I recently travelled by this train from NDLS to DDN and return. It was one of the worst experience I've ever had. This train doesn't resemble even 10% to Shatabdi class. The coaches are old and dirty. From NDLS to DDN, they served breakfast which was OK but not sufficient. On return they served PATHETIC dinner. The food was loaded in Dehradoon at 5 PM and served at 8 PM. Vegetable n dal was almost cold, parathas were almost like rubber. Moreover this is the slowest Shatabdi amongst all. On top of that it was delayed by 20 minutes during onward journey (2-Sep) and 30 minutes during return journey (5-Sep). The train was stopped at Ghaziabad outer giving way to...
