Kulpahar (KLAR) station is on the Jhansi - Manikpur B.G.line of NCR railways in Uttar Pradesh. It is 117 Kms from Jhansi, 85 Kms from Khajuraho, 125 Kms from Chitrakoot and 275 Kms from Allahabad. Kulpahar station is one of the earliest stations in India. This station is in operations since 1889 AD. Due to increased goods traffic and strategic location of Kulpahar station is becoming more and more important for railway operations, so IR is developing this station gradually to serve as a major stoppage station 21 Kms before the junction point (Mahoba/MBA) of Khajuraho rail line for smooth traffic.
