Why unnecessorily opposing the peoples of latur for extending this train to nanded as IR already told that they will increase no of coaches

But why poeple, politicioan and railway team are behind this Mumbai Latur Express unnecessorely if the want train for Nanded then why they are not trying to start new train and with as much as coaches they want ????
Why targetting this train only while alredy Nandigram, Devagiri and Tapovan express is already available for Nanded and there is only 1 train available for Latur
