VSKP WAP 4 locos are used in which routes. I think VSKP should have WAP7,WAP5 and diesel locos - WDM3D,WDP4.

VSKP should get WAP7 and WDM3Ds. WAP5 not much required here though.
P-5/7 are replacing P-4, irrespective of routes/zones phase-wise!!
& its not just about MPS but congestion!!

P-7 won't b allotted to VSKP til next few years until their big daddies are completely extinct. the els is being expanded slowly to home the WAG-9's which are expected to enter with next 5-6 months.
From wont be getting to next few years....thats what i meant with slow transition to P5/7!!
Further, P5-7 has nothing to do with High/Slow Speed Zone, but has to replace P-4 & are been allotted to any train/passenger, with route & availability @ ELS!! On priority, they been induced in highly congested routes!!
