After seeing 10 seat availability in lower birth quota on indiarailinfo.com, I had booked 2 sr citizen ticket on irctc.co.in and to my surprise it has come as waiting 14 & 15 & still this website shows 10 available. How is it possible ?

When 2 sr citizen will travel together, they should have been given reservation in one ticket only as they will be carrying all required documents.
