this is not a official site...moreover this train runs with WAM4 from MAS to ED..from ED to NCJ diesel loco as ED-TPJ/MDU-NCJ is under electrification
Boss, cant put on WAP4 as the entire line is not electrified. WAP4 is an electric loco and can run only up ED, if at all IR decides so, where a loco change takes place and a diesel loco takes its place up to NCJ. So, your suggestion is not possible to be implemented in the foreseeable future.
