Your explanation is considerable, but this train has no official halt from BPL to PUNE that is for 16 hours. Also, MMR comes about the centre of these two official halts and also has relatively higher passenger traffic than any station in the stretch. This will also prove to be a help to devotees visiting Shirdi.

As frequent traveler of this train I would not classify this train as a crowded train. Hence, NZM-MMR GN Quota and then MMR-YPR RL qouta can play a significant part to increase the business of this train.

As far as connectivity of AGRA and GWALIOR with both Delhi and Bangalore is significantly better than that of Manmad. And also, I made my point earlier too that no official halt in stretch 16 hours in one of the busy routes. That is why I raised this question.
