yes, he will be needed to mark no show.. Moreover, the refund will be processed in minimum two months or more. As I filed a TDR for the same reason in Dec last year, the refund came in March this year..

In my opinion they should delay the chart preparation for trains running with such delays, so that passengers are not needed to wait for long to get their money...
