I crossed over 2300 blog posts & 2500 correct predictions. But still I didn't become Admin. But some persons are having less than me in both, but they became Admin. How it possible?

Selection of new Admins is completely based on the recommendation and/or decisions of the Admin brethren. This topic requires no further discussion.
