First of all i could not get one thing if this train will run by Eastern Railway why the advertisement in paper it was given by North East Frontier Railways...
I found this advertisement of NFR from a news paper published from Siliguri about the running of summer special trains..
Even i have gone through Times Of India Kolkata Edition but their was no press release from Eastern Railway...

As one Holi Special SF train with AC Chair Car train which will run for one Up/Dn trip starting 26/3/2013
Its will be using Howrah - New Delhi Yuva Express coaches...
Its coach composition is 11 AC Chair Car and 2 Power Van...
But for this train its 12 AC Chair Car + 2 Power Van...
If this Summer AC Special train uses Yuva express coaches so are they going to add one more coach for HWH - NJP route...
Or Yuva express is going to be added with one coach for this season due to extra flow of passenger...
