Availability of smart card swiping machines at all local station in Mumbai are very poor, reason best known to railways authorities. Lodged complaint for the non -working of machines are responded well. why the same response is not being practiced towards the maintenance of smart card machines?
over here, at plenty of stations, a couple of machines installed. one is invariably out of order and one works well, but hardly any users...
