New Move proposal by SR..
Railway Board committee on reorganisation on Division and Zone has submittied the report in which it recommends to merge Palghat & TVC as one division due to huge operational cost involved and shrinking earnings by PGT.

What @selvamssm is saying is that due to the sheer scale/ economics/ population of a city like Chennai, SR will always be a bit more biased towards it.

at WR. 90 percent of it is in Gujarat, still the HQ is in Mumbai and always, Mumbai trains get priority followed by ADI and then Indore trains/ stations etc.
.
As it is, Mumbai alone generates more revenues than ADI/ INDB/ BRC/ RJT combined.
