in TVC there is a chart pasted outside the PRS around 9 pm. Go at 9 pm, register your name there by writing your name and then go home and peacefully sleep.. Morning 9 am reach there and stand in Queue accordingly.. :P

"around 5 or 5.30" in Q means... very much likely to be landing in WL considering the PEAK season time
Well since the Tatkal system has been started, scenario is almost same at every Reservation counter. People get started Queue at 2100 Hrs (approx) [and every 1 knows most of them are Dalaal :X ]
But still there is no guarantee if you get a confirmed ticket (Only when you are lucky enough to occupy the first place in queue till morning) Best of Luck :)
