most worst journey in indian railway
traveled in sl from pnbe-ndls on 30--3-2-13
train came 4hrs late....alll toilets was loggged with water with no basins...opened thus uncomfourtable for ladies ......filled with local passengers in between aligarh-new delhi section....and last but not least tte was collecting extra fair...from reservrd passengers...thanku railway for gifting this kind of journey on eve of increased fare....

no....from otside train is very cleaned and maintained but a couple of coaches are dirty in every rack.
Mostly last sleeper coach(Which is just before general) is remain in dirty conditions.
May be he have got seat in last coach becoz general coach pax also generaly attack on nearby sleeper coaches.
