i think its something to do with signaling, and test runs. Ofcourse bearaucracy too is playing its role. Goods trains to operate though.
if CR fails to open this line by November 15 it would again be dalayed further!! this is my speculation..!
Engine test was carried on 30 th match on miraj-pvr route.I think it was done only to settelement of account in previous year.Now seven months passed ,no sign of opening of route.It's joke now.
