Mandovi Express - the best 5-Star Restaurant in the world

This is the 2nd time I have travelled by Duronto. Both the times in AC I Tier. I noticed that the food served while travelling from Hwh-Ypr is a lot better than that of the return journey.
The first time I travelled, there was no room cleaning, room freshner sprays etc etc. Whereas all these services were quite noticeable this time.
The newspaper was served at 12:00 today. I fail to understand why cannot newspaper be loaded into the train much earlier? When I travelled in 2245 Howrah Ypr Duronto, paper was served...

at breakfast (7:00-7:30)
Earlier somewhere in this site I had noticed a complaint regarding wandering of AC 2 tier passengers into the first class (for washroom purpose). There is a small door which seperates both the coaches. However, when it remains opened, people do migrate in to check for empty loos. I do not appreciate this gesture however.
The train arrived at 17:10 today. There was numerous halts(signal issues) which made the train arrive so late. Service really needs to get improved if reputation is to be maintained.
