Which time of the day/ night irctc booking is closed? plz tell.. means considering arp 60 days how early one can do advance booking .. is it 8am morning or 12am onwards?
60 days ARP @ 8am.
Other tickets u can book anytime but between 2330 hrs and 0030 hrs you can't book any tickets.

the irctc server opens from 00:30 to 23:30. So you can do the earliest ticket at 12:30 pm.
