Hi I had booked an Tatkal E-ticket, which was in waiting list till the chart prepared, after chart get prepared, I am trying to cancel the ticket, but irctc site is not allowing me to cancel the ticket.
Please confirm whether indian railway will refund my Amount. PNR No: 843-5524229

The ticket will be auto cancelled by IRCTC and you will receive the credit back into the account used for booking within 3 working days.
You ticket got stuck in W/L after charting...It will get automatically cancelled and refund amount will be credited back to your account in 3-4 days...You need not do anything.
