Talking about Admins here they are not railway employee nor the employee of India rail Info all here to share/get knowledge if you too share, chances of your being an Admin is not impossible, me too an admin but by profession i am a business man[Distributor of the state for a branded water pumps completely different from railways] but have an passion/interest in railways
Sharing is not making your own rules its just conveying rules by IR as information not law from sources...
