dick.darryl 1 blog postsHello there, Can anyone advise me if the train 16176 arrives egmore on time at 05:25 Hrs normally and how long would it take to reach Chennai station to catch rajdhani which departs at 06:10 Hrs.

Central can reached in 10 Mins time just 2 Kms apart but i would not recommend this hi risky chain,better take some other option to reach chennai early..

If you travel alone you can get down at TBM and take a local to Chennai Park Station if the train reaches TMB on time else travel till Egmore.

from chennai egmore catch the local EMU till chennai park station,from park station chennai central is opposite,normally kamban reaches ontime if there is no delay in departure from villupuram Jn.....
Chennai Central can be reached from Chennai Egmore in 5 minutes in the morning hours. But I would say that this connection is risky. Today morning I saw Kamban Express crossing St.Thomas Mount aaround 05.20 hours. It must have reached Egmore by 05.40 or so. If it is delayed a bit further then the connection becomes risky.
