What I have written is my personal experience while traveling in AC III tier in 2245 one week back. Regarding sleeper and AC I, I have enquired the facts to the staffs of pantry car. I got ice creams thrice i.e., with two lunches & one dinner, and soups before each main meal.

I got ice cream only once in AC I Tier (for two journeys)
I shall be travelling in AC II Tier this Sunday. Shall post the food experience on MondAY for AC II Tier.

r u interested in journey or only food but personally i dont like the 2863 howrah yesvantpur express the sleeper coaches is a cockroach den and after sometime its becomes a passenger train throughout the ap eventhough i travelled in sleeper but duronto sleeper is first class just shellout 755 compare to 520 of the express you would find the difference i think howrah chennai mail sleeper is much better than 2863 ypr express coz i m a student studying in bangalore
