At Pune, you can give your suggestion to Sr. PRO / DRM in DRM Office in IRICEN Compound just outside Pune Station. At LNL, You may forward the same to SM.
but CR will phase out the coupon systems and the CVMs in next year...........
right now i have coupons for CR/WR which are valid till 2015, these were brought on 28th May'13,
