Charting time of train 12623 is showing as 12:15 which is not correct. Train starts at 19:45 and chart preparation usually happens at 17:30

Assuming chart preparation is 4 hours before, the IRI should have shown time as 15:45. 12:45 shown in IRI is plain wrong.
Also I regularly travel in that train and usually chart get prepared by 17:15. IRI should have shown either of 17:15 or 15:45 ( 4 hr gap).
