The earlier version of this special train ran as a Shatabdi, but the current notification from Central Railway is Second class Sitting and Chair car. So it could be of the Jan Shatabdi types.

With shatabdi rake it self its not able to manage these times previously...
with normal rake is it possible to attain higher speed

At least people will not shout at railways that "you are always running a shatabdi express late" hence railways has conveniently removed the shatabdi tag. Now if it is one hour late or one day late it would not affect the train genre as being late.
