We came to know that The Reservation Ticketbooked by dalals on opening day is on fictitius name. and they sell it on black. for this they have arrangement with running TTe in particular Rute. they will not ask Photo Id from the passanger who travel through these tickets.
1.so to stop this I suggest Railway have to carry surprise check of Photo Id spicially in summer also.
2. As these days Reservation tickets are sold through Internet so with immediate effect Railway should ban /cencle Authorisation to purchase Ticket of Broker/authorised agent...

3. In Raipur to get tatkal ticket the person who want tatkal ticket have to submit his Photo Id also in case he is purchasing the ticket in other name. If In computor there is no system to enerter name & ID details who purchased the ticket what is the meaning of such PHoto ID(third party ticket).
So I suggest as the tatkal reservation are available through Internet also so The person who personal visit PRS counter with photo Id can get tatkal ticket otherwise he have to purchase his ticket through Internet only. By doing this we can stop the touts/dalals in titkal tickets.
