sir, In one of my recent train journeys i heard a conversation b/w 6 passengers regarding duronto trains....
3 people among them say that when durontos stop at technical halts passengers can board the train at that point by contacting tc and paying the money(double the orignal amount).....
remaining members argue that no passenger is allowed to board duronto train at technical...

You can not board at technical halts, however you can alight at these stopps.
