jaipur to NAVI/BD itne seat ka quota hone ke bawajood is train ke departure hone se 2 din pahle no room aur 1 week pahle 138WL bata raha hai.
I think is train me JP-NAVI aur JP-BD ka qouta different hona chahiye abhi yeh dono station ka qouta ek hi hai.
JP-NAVI qouta abhi jo hai woh hi rahna chahiye but JP-BD ko alag se qouta milna chahiye.
Take Jise NAVI tak ticket nahi milti hai woh BD tak nikal sake.

Bhai aajkal sabhi trains ka wahi haal hai, kitna bhi quota kar do bhar jayegi. Population ko kaise control kar sakte hai
