When do you call a train long one? What is the minimum number of compartments (not the goods trains please) for this?

19 Coacher train is now common.I think 21-22 Coacher will be a long one
no i travelled in hwh-ypr drnt from hwhw 2 ypr on 20/1/12 & from ypr 2 hwh on 1/2/12. on 20/1/12 i counted 22 coaches & on 1/2/12 i counted 21
tn sf exp, hwh-ju/bkn exp, black diamond, swaraj, poorva etc many more trains have 24-26 coahes
Official limit is 24, we all know that. But I just wanted to know when you feel it a long train after visualizing it.
