ju-luni doubling is going on.luni-mj distance is 70 km.only then why IR not including in it with ADI-DLI doubling project.....and other thing is that sir in future this rout will be shortest rout between south india to J&K,HARIYANA,PUNJAB then traffic will increse in huge amount so why they not thinking for tommorow............
