By far one of the best trains i have ever traveled. Pure Aggression and unbelievable acceleration and of course punctually maintaining time.
I came to HWH from this train from NOQ on 10th June 2013 where WDP-4D #40089 was in the lead.
Nowadays, regularly, this is getting WDP-4D, especially #40089,40090.

undoubtedly great patronage
a great train connecting the most important business hub of North East India with West Bengal.

The train is mainly used the people of NOQ , NBQ & GHY (mainly for assam ) , NJP & Other station has very less quota , always runs with huge WL ,
Arrival time in North bengal is very bad. ( Arr NJP at MID NIGHT )..

It is only daily SF train for NBQ , GHY connected with kolkata . So no other option.
It takes 9 hr. 55 min & Darjeeling mail takes 10 hr.

As NJP is last stop of DJ mail so it takes more time to enter at NJP due to shortage of platforms. Same case will occour with SARAIGHAT before entering GHY.

Yeah, but last time I came to HWH from NOQ,
the crowd looked light, only till NCB, where the actual crowd came and stuffed in.
