Travelled by this teain from st to ddr..arrived st bang on time...my coach was c1 aisle seat...to b frank..seats are not comfortable. ..they are pretty hard cushioned...train arrived late by 17 mins at nvs...and was average late by 17-20 mins till bvi..it practically crawlled after virar till bvi..I was pretty much sure thatvi would miss my pragati express to pune from dr..but over my expectations it arrived ddr just 5 mins late...now cleanliness. ..toilets were hopeless..smelly and soiled...catering was pretty much upto d mark..according 2 me...2 many stops given 2 dis train...stops lyk udvada ..udhna..palghar can b cut off...5 hrs is too much for 261 kms...that 2 in chair car...a 6 on 10 from mah syd....
