Can anybody tell that how can ckwl2 or ckwl3 in tatkal ticket at 10:15 am of opening of tatkal ticket for a next day train got confirmed their ticket 11:00 am same day.
does that mean the person got confirm ticket in tatkal cancelled his ticket just after buying it 45minutes before KNOWING that no refund is given in case of confirmed tatkal tickets.IS/SHE IS MAD OR RAILWAY HAS OTHER WAYS TO CONFIRM A TATKAL TICKET JUST AFTER 1 HOUR???

When other quotas are released, some seats might used to clear the tatkal waiting.
In a train coach, some of the seats are under general quota. Rest are under lb, ho, eq, ck quota. A confirm tatkal tkt can't be cancelled, so when other quotas are vacant, then ck or general quota gets that seats.
