how can i get my money refunded in case of confirmed tatkal ticket and the train is cancelled

i have done a e-ticket and till now it is not showing in the list of tdr so that i can cancel it
First check out if you are able to cancel it...Else if its prompting to file TDR do so..
Try cancelling from the "booked history" which will take you to TDR page.
i have checked in tdr menu but the corresponding pnr is not showing in the list and i have checked the rules so it is showing...If the train is marked as "CANCELLED" in PRS due to breaches, floods, accidents etc. full refund is permissible in case the ticket is cancelled within three days of the scheduled departure of the train. In case of e-tickets, such cancellations can be done by the customer through Internet.
It is mentioning e-tickets should be cancelled via internet right,just go to account booked history and check the corresponding PNR try canceling it,it will prompt to file TDR & will take to TDR page...
