can i book 5 3AC tickets from mgs, and board the train at ald? there are 113 seats available from mgs, it is already in PQWL from ald. that's the problem. and the irctc site is not allowing me to book the confirmed ticket from mgs, with the boarding station ald

Yes. Change it in at any PRS counter. I also would be doing that for my journey on 30th June from BPP to SBC. I have a ticker from RJY to SBC. I have to get the Boarding changed to BPP...Attached is a model letter that you should submit along with your e-ticket copy by showing a original goct. ID card...
