Why is the fare of garib rath 3AC much lower as compared to 3AC of mail/express trains running on same routes even when garib rath trains are faster and take less time than the corressponding mail/exp trains??

garib rath was introduced for those people who want to travel in ac but cannot afford it................
funny example is that: i want ice cream but i am not having sufficiant money to purchase ice cream. But IR made it feasible by introducing GR train.
might be funny example for u........but this is what Mr.lalu prasad yadav said while announcing this train..............
