No need to run for Change in Boarding Point from 01.08.2013 in case you plan to Board at B but due to non-availability you book from A to C. now one can change at time of booking only.

Dear Customer,
Kindly note that if a passenger gives the option at the time of booking the ticket itself, for boarding the train from a station other than journey originating station indicated on the ticket, the passenger will be given access to the reservation quota of the journey originating station indicated on the ticket and not of the changed boarding point as per new railway rule. This rule is applicable for the reservation made for 1st Oct ,2013 onwards The same availability status will reflect on website before making payment.
