There is heavy variation between travel time of Up and Down trains, And i think Kajgaon is a new stop (?) But definitely this can become SF by reducing travel time between Pune-Kyn...
Yes Kajgaon added maybe a couple of months ago. There is huge unnecessary slack between JL and BSL, can arrive at BSL at 21.30.

For return direction, the original timings of MMR-PUNE (prior to extension to BSL) have been retained, so it benefits early morning pax of MMR/NK towards PUNE. But certainly requires to be speeded up.
