was fulfilled on 29.6.2013, when rajdhani express via daltonganj was flagged off by a retired employee of the railways at Ranchi railway station. The passengers embarked on a joyous journey free of rodents, cockroaches, foul smell and other problems they kept complaining about.
The train comprises 19 world-class coaches designed by German company Linke Holfmann Bush (LHB). It has been designed in a manner so that it doesn't get derailed. It is air-conditioned, the interior is designed to cushion passengers from all the discomfort of a train journey and is noise free.
To add to the travellers' delight, its frequency has been doubled. From 2.6.2013 onwards, it would be running on Tuesdays also.
