Today I approached Chennai Central PRS supervisor about the change in boarding point. He did not allow to change the boarding point from CGL to MS, as these stations for this train have different quota till BAM. Is anyone aware of such scenario ?

The Supervisor just can't deny the BP change..BP change provision is written in rules,else check out at different PRS..
