How do we make them care? We need to be positive and preserver to make these good initiatives a success. People do care if we make them to understand that it's for their benefits only.

yup...not to throw any plastic stuff in the toilets..cleaning instructions etc
In my opinion railway have to be strict in the cleanness and for these purpose it has to implement the fine system for improper using the bio toilets...
